Chronic Stress
If you suffer from chronic stress the cells in your body are equivalent to cells 10 to 15 years older than your own. Not only does stress make you feel crappy, it makes you look wrinkly. (I’m 26, but during school I feel like I’m 41)

Only 91 years ago women got the right to vote. Only 56 years ago did Rosa Parks refuse to give up her seat on the bus. Only 47 years ago Title VII passed making it illegal to discriminate against someone based on their gender. Only two years ago, a law was passed mandating equal pay for equal work.
