rent is exceptional for two, and pretty darn good for one. and, utilities are included.
however! it would be very nice if you do not enjoy keeping your apartment heated to 90 degrees in the winter.
also, it is not recommended that you be highly attached to receiving packages in the mail.
finally, you should be somewhat prepared to talk to a mildly crazy little old lady on the phone for...

Ok… we need to do something about this. When I started DAAP we were at number two, then three… now we’re at number five. I understand that just being in the top ten is good. It’s really good. But I know we’re better.
